Your Home is a Sanctuary.
Let’s clear what no longer serves you and make space for who you’re becoming.
I offer 1:1, in-home decluttering support for people in transition.
This is a deeper, more reflective approach to decluttering. I work with you directly in your home to release belongings that no longer fit your life, identity, or values. We’re not only addressing the physical aspects of simplifying, but also exploring your relationship to consumerism, the environment, and how you relate to the space around you. This process invites you to get curious about yourself, notice what really matters to you, and create a home that reflects that.
An invitation to cultivate a more current and reverent relationship with your home environment.
Over time, objects naturally accumulate. Many carry meaning, memory, or obligation, even when they are no longer useful or supportive. Letting go can feel complex, especially when what’s being released is tied to earlier versions of yourself.
We’ll honor your home decluttering experience as a threshold. This isn’t just about getting rid of stuff, but rather a moment of intentional release and re-orientation, letting go of items that reflect old versions of yourself, and making space for what comes next.
The result is a home that feels more spacious, supportive and aligned with who you are now! I’m looking forward to connecting with you and hearing about your hopes and visions for your home. ♡
How We Work Together
We always start with a one-hour prep session
followed by a five-hour declutter day
This session lays the foundation for our work together. We’ll meet IRL or virtually in the week before we begin the hands-on process. Before moving into action, we’ll slow down, have a cup of tea, clarify your intentions and create a plan for our first declutter day
1 hour Prep Session

We’ll explore:
• your relationship to home
• how you want your home to feel
• your challenges and hopes around simplifying
• themes that are present in your life right now
• how simplifying your home can support your future self
• how you prefer to be supported in decision making (with options to choose from)I’ll also share perspectives and approaches that may be helpful, and we’ll create a clear, realistic plan for your first declutter day!

Hi! I’m Mari Mu
minimalist-inspired maximalist and sacred space enthusiast
I’m your compassionate and motivated decluttering doula, bringing a whoosh of magic and enthusiasm to the process of simplifying your home!
I’ve designed this offering with care and sensitivity to honor both the practical and emotional aspects of decluttering. This will be a meaningful and memorable experience that will support you in feeling more ease in letting go of stuff well after our work together.
I honor how vulnerable it can feel to bring a stranger into your home to go through your things — not to mention how intense it can feel to release a lot at once! I bring 20 years as a therapeutic practitioner and space holder into the process, offering attunement and respect, and meeting you right where you are.
I can’t wait to connect and support you in clearing stagnant energy and bringing fresh flow into your home!

I’m your enthusiastic new friend who happens to be a total nerd about decluttering! My style is warm, playful, and direct. I’ll keep us moving while adding curiosity, compassion, and humor, so decluttering feels productive AND fun!

It really depends. The amount we get through can vary based on the space, the type of items, and how much emotional or sentimental attachment is present. Everyone also moves at their own pace when making decisions. Your first declutter day will give us a good sense of how things flow, and we’ll have a clearer idea of what to expect for future sessions.
-
I love your enthusiasm! Being ready to dive in is such a good sign that the timing is right.
That said, this work is about more than just clearing space — it’s also about inner reflection and getting intentional about your home. If that kind of thoughtful approach doesn’t appeal to you, we might not be the best fit.
I want this process to be efficient, satisfying, and meaningful, and I’ve seen how much smoother and more lasting the results are when we start with a strong foundation.
-
Every home and every pace is different. Your first declutter day gives us a clear sense of what’s realistic for you, and we’ll use that to plan the rest of your home.
-
Not exactly. Professional organizers often focus on creating systems and beautifully arranged spaces. My work is more about simplifying, decluttering, and minimizing —helping you clear space in a way that makes organizing on your own much easier. I’m always happy to offer my perspective or suggestions along the way.
-
Very intentionally: no. Your home is yours, and this process isn’t about creating “picture-perfect” spaces. It’s about how it feels to live in your home: how it supports you, gives you room to breathe, and reflects what truly matters to you.
